1 hr Workshop for parents

In this workshop parents will:

• Get an overview of the Mindfulness and Yoga program for the school

• Learn about Mindfulness, Yoga and their benefits

• Learn and practice the same Yoga and Mindfulness tools their children are learning:

• A mindful body Check–in

• An energizing breath

• A calming breath

• A Mantra (A positive affirmation that is repeated to oneself often)

• Chair Yoga Poses


1 hr Family Yoga

Offer your parents a Family Night where they can have fitness, fun and relaxation. It is a class designed to connect families with each other and their community through partner and group centered yoga poses. Creative activities are also included to match the theme. This beginner class is open to all and those new to yoga.
